- Your account and login credentials
- All orders and order history
- All customer records
- All products and variants
- All courier information
- All settlement records
- Store profile and settings
- Uploaded logo and images
What is retained
- Transaction records may be retained for up to 90 days for legal and financial compliance purposes
How to delete your account

Delete from the app
Open CODbox app - More - Store Profile - scroll to bottom - Delete Account

Or request via email
Send an email to support@getcodbox.com with subject "Delete My Account" from your registered email address.
Your account will be deleted within 30 days of your request. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
